De expositie is gratis toegankelijk in de Mariënburgkapel. De expositie is te bezoeken in het Nederlands en Engels.

Oddstream curated the exhibition Healthy Futures – narratives of self-tracking for the InScience Film Festival (thursday the 11th untill saturday the 14th of  November) in the Mariënburgkapel. Snel je bloeddruk meten, je bloedsuiker checken via een draadje in je oog of je borsten scannen tijdens je ochtendroutine in de badkamerspiegel. We gebruiken graag technologie om onze gezondheid te controleren, maar hoe gaat het echt met ons? Deze expositie neemt je mee in de toekomst van ’self-tracking’ en ‘self-care’. Luister, ervaar en zie hoe verhalen van ons zelf worden gevormd door speculatieve zorgtechnieken.  

Deze expositie is te zien tijdens InScience en is opgezet in samenwerking met Oddstream.

Quickly measuring your blood pressure, checking your blood sugar through a wire in your eye, or scanning your breasts while doing your morning routine in the bathroom-mirror. We like to check our health through technology, but how are we really doing? This exhibition takes you into the future of self-tracking and self-care. Listen, experience and see how stories of the Self are being shaped through speculative healthcare-tech.

This exhibition can be visited during InScience and is set up in collaboration with Oddstream.
